Product Description :

  • Viscose :- Viscose is produces from wood pulp. Viscose is a viscous organic liquid used to make rayon and cellophane. Cellulose from wood or cotton fibers is treated with sodium hydroxide, and then mixed with carbon disulfide to form cellulose xanthate, which is dissolved in more sodium hydroxide.The resulting viscose is extruded into an acid bath either through a slit to make cellophane, or through a spinneret to make rayon. The acid converts the viscose back into cellulose.
  • Polyester :- Polyester is a class of polymers that chiefly contains Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). Polyester is a synthetic polymer produced using PTA and MEG. Polyester Yarn is the fundamental items in the polyester classification. Right around 40% of the world creation of polyester is specifically used to make Polyester Yarn.
  • Nylon :- Nylon is a thermoplastic silky material, Nylon was the first commercially successful polymer and the first synthetic fiber to be made entirely from coal, water, and air.
  • Yarn Dyeing :- Dyeing is the application of dyes or pigments on textile materials such as fibers, yarns, and fabrics with the objective of achieving color with desired fastness. Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material. Dye molecules are fixed to the fiber by absorption, diffusion, or bonding with temperature and time being key controlling factors. The bond between dye molecule and fiber may be strong or weak, depending on the dye used. Dyeing and printing are different applications; in printing color is applied to a localized area with desired patterns and in dyeing it is applied to the entire textile.
